Standard delivery for jewelry orders are 3 - 5 days and varies depending on how far the package has to travel. Expedited shipping at request is available before 3 p.m. EST. When you provide your email address, Black Star will send a confirmation of your order when it is shipped with the tracking number.
Depending what we are shipping, we start out with usps first to try and get the least expensive rate. We can adjust the cost of shipping depending on the insurance that we have to calculate in at the time of shipping. We'll work with you on this.

If for any reason you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations, simply return it for a refund or exchange within one week of delivery. Please indicate your reason for return on the packing slip you received with your purchase.
Please affix our postage paid Smartlabel from the packing slip to the package. The purchase price of the merchandise will be redirected back to your original method of payment. We will deduct a return postage fee of $7.95, when the prepaid Smartlabel is used. For large items, we will deduct a return postage fee of $12.95.
Black Star reserves the right to make the final decision on a damaged product. We take great care in checking all of our merchandise before it is shipped out. If for any reason we feel the merchandise has not returned in the same condition that it was shipped, we will not redirect any refund to your method of payment. The item must be in original packaging and in presentable shape.
