White Moonstone
Moonstone is a variety of Adularia, which in turn is a variety of orthoclase. It exhibits a pearly reflection of silvery white light. This is caused by certain cleavage planes present in feldspar of the variety of [ orthoclase ] to which the Moonstone belongs. The color may be grey, white, pale yellow or colorless.
